![]() But normally the highest I've seen the number go is 5 or 6, but its usually 3 or 4 most times. A square with a 7 or 8 means there are traps on all sides of that square. Usually when you dig you will clear out large chunks of blocks, as they are blank spaces with no traps nearby, in doing so it normally reveals several squares with numbers, the higher the number, the more traps around that square. Sometimes you have to guess, but most of the time you use the other numbers that may have appeared around the area to eliminate blocks. Ex) X X X 1 X X X X Only 1 of those X blocks has a trap, so 6 of those Xs are safe to clear, and 1 isnt and you have to use the process of elimination to figure out which block has the trap and then clear the rest to make a path. So if you see a 1, there is only 1 trap next to that square. The number represents how many traps are next to/touching that square with the number in it. ![]()
